I purchased the Venus 25YVH water heater back in 2010, and I must say, it has been an incredibly reliable and efficient appliance for the past 15 years. From day one, it delivered consistent hot water, had excellent heating performance, and required minimal maintenance. The build quality was solid, and the unit proved its durability across all seasons, year after year.
Despite regular daily use, the water heater never gave me any major issues, which speaks volumes about the quality Venus builds into its products. It exceeded my expectations in both performance and longevity, making it a truly value-for-money investment.
Now that it has served us well for a decade and a half, I am finally planning to replace it — not because of failure, but purely to upgrade to a newer model with advanced features. Based on my trust in the brand, I am excited to place an order for the Venus Splash Pro IoT, their latest top-end model.
I'm looking forward to experiencing the smart features and improved energy efficiency of the Splash Pro IoT, and I have full confidence that Venus will continue to deliver the same satisfaction as before.
